configuration validation resulted in error(s) copy failed

We are testing changing internal site from http to https.  Upon copying an order with a configuration, we are getting configuration validation resulted in error(s) message and the copy fails.

Is there a setting we need to check other than BOM:Configurator URL of UI Manager to verify things are pointed appropriately.

Please advise.
