Siebel Tools 15.2 and 15.8

We have Siebel 15.2 Tools and are upgrading to 15.8. Is there a need for us to upgrade the tools to make any changes to the upgraded repository.

Please advise as soon as possible as we are in time crunch. If not needed, we will continue to use the current version of the tools, which is 15.2 (on upgraded 15.8 repository).
