Supressing Modifier Pop-up when changing Unit Selling Price

Hello Team,

We have a requirement where the Unit Selling Price should be 0 for all Sales Order line items and will be manually updated by users as seen fit.

While updating the Unit Selling Price there is a Modifier list of values that pops up and we are forced to select one of the values to proceed.

We need to be able to suppress this Modifier list of values and yet update the Unit Selling Price.

Can someone suggest how the pop-up can be suppressed.
