Xliff file in BIP reports is not getting created.

Hi,

After the upload of Report RTF, and clicking on Generate Xliff, the successful message of geneartion of xliff is poped up but when checking out the creation of Xliff file in the respective folder, the file is not created . Any suggestions, want to resolve the issue ASAP.
