EBS R11 Invoice Forms Not Working after RDBMS 11gR2 (11.2.0.4 ) Upgrade

Hello All

I upgraded EBS R11 (11.5.10.2) RDBMS version from 9.2.0.6  to 11gR2 (11.2.0.4) and now Invoices forms doesn't come up. It basically errors out with FRM-92100. Same issue with supplier forms. But other parts works fine.

This is the navigation I am using: Payables Manager -> System Profiles -> Navigator -> Invoice -> Entry -> Invoices (form doesn't come up and cursor just keeps spinning round and round and eventually errors out with FRM-92100).


Any help?.
