E1 : 42 - Foreign Check Box In Sales Order Header

Hi,

When i click on Add Button using application P4210, the Foreign Check Box always remains "Checked" which is default for both Local as well foreign sales order types.

Is there any set up to make it default or is it hard coded in P4210. My requirement is - For Local sales order types it should not checked.
