In quick hire for Hourly records, is there any dependency on Job type and Hourly rate?

We are using pending file processing for Quick hire.

When we were uploading hourly records, left Hourly rate to populate it later.

But for some records, error message came as “Blank Invalid” for field SAL.

As our record is Hourly, this error message is not valid, so we want to find out what is the data item that require correction so us to upload the record without error.
