Missing Event Rule from the RDA

Hello,


Developer design to custom report after design we deployed both the objects. But after the deployment as per developer when developer open the object in design mode, objects didn't have event rule but all the design present their.


The issue is that when we do a get from DV or PY server for these reports and open in design mode then we see all the event rule code is missing but the report layout is fine along with all sections intact. ER compare also shows no event rules on the objects in DV and PY server. This suggests that the specs on the server are corrupted after the deployment.
