I'm using Oracle India Payroll and got the above error.

I've followed the above Doc Id link and arrived at the Cause 4 please scroll down in the page.

I'm trying to process ESI for some of the employees and I'm getting the below error.

But in my case the source_id (Organization_id) is missing when diagnosis is done and not source_text2.

Please help me out with a solution.
