Retrieval Rule for Retro Timecards

Hello Community,  We are still looking for a solution.

Our Payroll only want to process retro timecards that are in the Approved status (not Working or Submitted).  Is it possible to add a separate Retrieval Rule on timecard with retro that will accomplish this?   We are 12.1.3.

Any feedback is welcomed.
