F0010 and Year 16 and Date Patterns

Hi

I closed 2015 successfully by running  R098201

then I set the dates in F0010 TO 2016

however; I have noticed that all 2016 transactions have been recorded into Fiscal Year 16 and Century 19 in F0902

I checked the Date Patterns and found as per attached

Now when running any Financial Report for 2016

The report is not showing any thing (it looks at 1916 rather than 2016)

any idea how to solve this
