RMAN backup problem

HI Team,

              We are receiving below error while using rman.

RMAN-00569: =============== ERROR MESSAGE STACK FOLLOWS ===============

RMAN-00571: ===========================================================

RMAN-03009: failure of backup command on dev_1 channel at 02/18/2016 03:06:19

ORA-19501: read error on file "/opt/oracle/u06/PROD055/ibis_aggregate_index_02.dbf", blockno 465473 (blocksize=8192)

ORA-27063: skgfospo: number of bytes read/written is incorrect

Additional information: 16384

Tried to validate the datafile using RMAN check logical and there has been no logical corruption. There are other files in the same mount point however we tend to receive for the same file. Please comment on your suggestion.
