Upgrade from IP 2014 to IP 2016

Hi All,

I know IP 2016 is not out yet, but I have to plan for efforts to upgrade from IP 2014 to IP 2016, so does anyone know if this upgrade will be one step IRM or I will have to go to IP 2015 first and then to IP 2016?
