Reconcile Leave Accrual Plan Balances To G/L (Doc ID 294374.1)

I am using the following Doc to setup the reconciliation of leave accrual to the GL however in my formula the PTO_ACCRUAL_PLAN_ID fails to populate with a value hence preventing me from calculating the accrued PTO.  Any ideas?

See formula below i have had to hard code a value of 94 for testing so far.

    This formula is a top level formula called during the payroll

    run to calculate accrued time for the payroll period.

    It derives the necessary values, and then runs the appropriate
