Is there provision to set threshold on the balance which is done through top - up

Consider the following the scenario

1. A account with recharged (top up) with INR100

2. I want to set threshold at 90 INR(reason i need to set threshold because i have use case which states that amoun in the balance bucket reaches a certain threshold,the particular balance bucket should have feature to extend validity or expire the validity

Is it Possible?
