Documents (forms and grids) not exporting in Hyperion LCM

Hello,

When exporting documents from an HFM applications using LCM, the export is created, but the documents are not there.  I have three forms, extract the forms, then open the zip file and there is no "resource" file that has the documents.  The "Info" folder is there.  Therefore, when I create a new app and try to import the documents, they are not importing.  I have admin access for LCM.  Do I need more access, or different access?  We are on 11.1.2.4
