Basic questions on ASCP Resource Scheduling

Hi ASCP Gurus,

I am new to Oracle ASCP.Have few questions on Constrained Plan option.

1) Please explain what is meant by Resource Scheduling. I read that Resource Scheduling is done for

constraint plan and not for unconstraint plans.

2) what is the difference between resource constraints set as yes and enabling 'Calculate Resource Requirements'

3) How is Detailed Scheduling Enabled
