Bank Account Transfers Attachment refreshing page

Hello,

Has anyone personalized the bank account transfer page to include attachments? I was able to do same, however, it is not working as expected. If I add an attachment using the attachments page, rather than the popup attachment form, the bank account transfers page refreshes and all previous data entered e.g. transfer amount is cleared. Any ideas what may be causing this?
