R03B571 fails to generate xml file

Hello

I encountered  an issue when running R03B571 for multiple suppliers (> 5000). It didn't run R03B575 and didn't generate xml file (R743005). Cause: Bank account is missing in P0030A for 3 suppliers. No error message (*** Payor Bank Account Cross Reference Not Setup) displays on R03B571

This issue was identified in Bug 19910558 document. It's linked to SAR: 199105558 for V9.0 version.

Note: I'm working on V9.1 Tools release: 9.1.4.5

I guess that change was included in V9.1. But, issue not resolved. Did you know how doing to fix it?
