Stuck on data load

To confess, really rusty and getting back up to speed on 11.1.2.4.  In ARM, have a single period, 5 profiles, 19 data records.  FDMEE appears to be correct, executed the rule successfully, using explicit maps, get my 2 fish, see this in the log "Total Data Rows available for Export to Target: 19".  In ARM, thought that when you executed a load, it kicks off a log on process details in FDMEE, maybe that was just an 11.1.2.2 feature.  Don't have access to ODI, maybe that's not needed any more? but how can I tell why it's hanging?  would expect
