In SDM, problem opening a form in Smart View

In SDM, when I clicked on the icon to "Open Form in Smart View", I get the error message below.  Am I missing a file or patch?  I've installed the latest Smart View file, version 11.1.2.5.520. I'm running on EPM version 11.1.2.4.0.79.  Need help.
