OSP Jobs are stuck in Failed close status

Hi Friends,

We are trying to close OSP Jobs but failed with following reason:

The following jobs failed the close process for the following reason:

There is not finally closed Requisition or Purchase Order attached to this job/schedule.

Getting following message while closing OSP Job.

We have checked and found that PO Release shipments against OSP jobs have been fully received and delivered and Billed also. PO Release shipment closed code changed to Finally Closed

Still we are getting above message.

Oracle Version: 11.5.10.2

Please provide if any alternate solution is available to close OSP Jobs.
