iSupplier Portal - How to send invitation to "Prospective Supplier" ?

I  am trying to set up Prospective Vendor registration using iSupplier Portal.  Requirement is to send the invite from Buyer (or his team)  to a "Prospective Vendor"  who is not yet set up as Supplier in Oracle.    I have set up the "Supplier Registration template"  , but could not figure out how to send invite.

I found how to send invites to Supplier users, but that is only for existing suppliers.  we need to send to prospective Supplier.   Can anyone guide me on this
