Execute R42565 as a standalone in India Localization setup

Hi,

We are in the process of implementing India localization. Is it possible to run R42565 as a stand alone in some cases and R42565-R75I042-R75I040 combination in other cases. These are 2 separate scenario's where in one case we have a high seas sale which does not involve any taxation while the second which is a local sale has the tax component.
