Work Request additional description

Hi All,

While creating work request additional description size is 1999 characters but after saving the WR system will take the first 240 characters. If the same WR is converted to WO it should take the WR description of 240 characters, but while saving the WO system is trimming the description and throwing an error. Please refer the screen shot, here the description is 240 but the actual entered in WR is close to 640 . we are on 12.2.3 version of EBS
