OHS error : unable to perform any admin tasks through Enterprise manager console

Hi

We have upgraded from EPM 11.1.1.3 to EPM 11.1.2.3.5 following the Oracle recommended path. All hyperion products are running successfully , no issues after upgrade.

Through Enterprise Manager console, when we tried to access any administrator options of OHS component ,throws the below error.

" Failed to invoke operation load on MBean oracle.as.management.mbeans.register:type=component,name=ohs_component,instance=ohsInstance1649849633,Location=AdminServer
Parsing error while loading MBeans "

Error in admin server log shows
