invoking external window by passing some inputs from siebel

Dear All,

I have a requirement wherein I want to invoke the external system window on click of button from Siebel.

Whenever we click button in Siebel, the request should hit the external system URL by passing a set of inputs. Once the external window opens the Siebel user will do some operations and at the end close the window.

Can anyone help me here to achieve this requirement please?
