OEM 12c report - need help

We have a requirement to generate report on a periodic basis. I am not much familiar with OEM other than checking the performance graph and top activities graph.

People who were handling OEM were not in the team now.

We don't have BI Publisher installed - is it licensed?

I need to use Information Publisher atleast for now.

We have a 3 node RAC where the load will be huge for few hours every friday morning.

We need to generate report for below to compare the values for friday and other days from database side. Preferably consolidated value of 3 nodes.
