WE have continuously had issues making Web Service Calls getting an error similar to Could not find

We have some custom LOV to enter the Serial Number and Certificate Authority description but believe we are encountering a Windows error related to not retrieving the Certicate from the MS Key Store. We export the Cert provide from our web server and import it into the personal keystore on our Object Manager Servers - the servers that would make the WS calls. Has anyone come accross this odd error ? We are running Siebel CRM v8.1.1.7 on Win Server 2008 R2.
