on menu click "Documentation" and display blank screen, so could I add info there..?

hi ALL,

my doubt is, by right clickin display option "Documentation", I believe is on line documentation, but I click and display blank screen

my question is could I add infor in this screen?

print attahced 1, 2, 3

see print 3, alll page is in blank, ..could I add info, url, .doc, ...so on...?
