There is a OOB report that failed due to 'out of memory' and the recommendation was to enable to scalable flag.

Can we set the following property 'Enable scalable feature of XSLT' to true at site level

and will this enable the scalable flag for all the reports?

Will this property have any negative impact on any other processes?
