Xstore v6.x installation on a HP Tablet with Windows 8.1

Hi,  We are working with a customer that has Xstore v6.x and we are trying to put it on a HP Windows 8 tablet.  It is giving us errors in regards to a VB issue.  Have you run into this issue and was it easily solvable?
