'W' line type problems for SO order.

I entered an SO order for an item with a 'w' line type.  The order finished and gave me a number.  But then I couldn't inquire on it and then an error message popped up that it couldn't be save.  I looked in P95400 and saw I had a catastrophic error on P42101.  Anyone experienced this?
