Unable to work with Composed Pages - TR 9.2.0.2

When I go to Manage Content - Composed Pages nothing happens. The E1 Page Composer does not load. In fact, the Manage Content option under Personalization goes away.

We applied Fix Current at the time we installed Tools 9.2.0.2.

We added the Security for COMPOSITE and IMAGES and cleared all caches on HTML server.

I get the following error in the jas.log file

WOUtilityManagerThreads() had caught an exception for U-DO Cat (E1PAGE) : org.w3c.dom.DOMException: NOT_FOUND_ERR: An attempt is made to reference a node in a context where it does not exist.

Any help would be appreciated.
