SIM14 - Price events created for non-stock-holding locations are coming into SIM and failing in PRIC

We are having 1403 and our online stores are setup as non-stockholding. Hence they are not in SIM. But pricing is done for them in RPM. They are published to SIM as well part of retail pricing export/import. Since store is missing in SIM, it is failing for those records in PRICE_CHANGE_WORKSHEET table ad stuck there.

This still needs to be published to other systems. That's why RMS is publishing but why SIM is not ignoring ? Is there any system option to handle this ?
