Do we get NEW Updates, Fixes, Security Alerts, datafixes, and Critical Patch Updates in Extended Sup
Hi All,
We are running our Production DB in 11.2.0.3 for which Premier Support has ended in 2015.
I understand the 11.2.0.4 is only supported and has entered Extended Support phase for which we have to pay Extended Support fees from May 2017.
I wish to know if Oracle Support will provide the same kind of support in Extended Support phase like how its done during Premier Support phase? Meaning will they develop and release Updates, Fixes, Security Alerts, datafixes, and Critical Patch Updates regularly for 11.2.0.4 during Extended Support?
Does Extended Support equals getting Premier Support with additional fees?
