After upgrade to Demantra 12.2.5.1, the plan scenarios won't download

After upgrade to Demantra 12.2.5.1, the plan scenarios won't download.  ASCP was also upgraded.  The msc_plans.plan_id for MPSSOP has changed and no longer matches the plan_id in supply_plans.

What are the right steps to get the plan scenarios to download?  Is that an upgrade document to follow for RTS&OP?
