TNS Listener showing -no_crs_notify -inherit

Hi, We recently upgrade Oracle EBS database from 11.2.0.3. to 12.2.0.2 running on Exadata Server. Configure the listener using srvctl setup listener -l .

When i grep tns it shows listener as (-no_crs_notify -inherit) whereas all other are -inherit only. Need to know how the reason for -no_crs_notify and fix it.

/u01/app/oracle/product/12.1.0.2/dbhome_6/bin/tnslsnr NPLD_EBS -no_crs_notify -inherit
