R13800 doesn't update the actual amounts in F4801

Hello, I would appreciate if any of you can look into this issue and point me towards a probable cause.

I have some Maintenance orders against which there are Time Writing Entries. The batches have been posted. When I run R13800, it comes up with all the actual costs in the PDF but doesnt update the F4801 file.
