Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. This means that users with generic domains (such as gmail.com, yahoo.com, and others) will no longer be granted access to the discussion forums and ideas labs. Install, Upgrades & Change Mgmt - JDE1 (MOSC)

Cannot install JDE Standalone 9.10 on Windows 7

I tried to install JDE Standalone 9.10 and could install data base components successfully.

But when I try to install E1 components, I get the attached error.

The error says the issue is with database services, and I re-installed the database several time.

As I followed the standard document, I hope I did not miss any steps.
