CA EDD Independent Contractor reporting DE 542 : Can Oracle EBS provide in the next release

Dear Support Community,

CA EDD has a mandate for all companies to report monthly Independent Contract Reporting DE 542 if the payment made is $600 or more OR contract agreement for $600 or more (even if not paid yet) to be submitted to CA EDD.

Are there any out of box DE 542 report from Oracle EBS.    This follows 1099 independent contractor form that is very much supported out of box in Oracle EBS.

Kindly advise, how other customers are generating DE 542.
