Restrictions on Back dated transactions via P4210& P4310

Dear team ,

Is there any method I can stop users entering an order date which is not a last years date. Currently P4210  system defaults dates - I can even change it to back date . Invoicing also I have only option to print it on any date or current date ( No restriction based on year ) . P4310 - shows a warning message but still it allows .

Please suggest any work around
