R308901 copy cost is not updating F300261

Hi

We are using E9.0 and work center based product costing. We define X cost components along with A1 cost components for purchased material and roll up and freeze for all purchased items. We do this process for budget costing say B1 and then freeze it . After validation of B1 cost values, we use R30890 & R308901 to copy these frozen budget costing B1 values to 07 cost method.

Have noticed that F30026 table values are copied properly from B1 to 07 , while F300261 table values are not copied properly. Is it any bug in R308901 reported for this issue?  Are we missing any setups or wrong values in copying ?.
