Any workaround for incorrect rate value for last 3 months in line 15 (bug 22485544 )?

Anybody using a workaround for incorrect rate value for last 3 months in line 15. 1095 C is showing 2016 values for oct, nov anf Dec in line 15.

Oracle logged bug 22485544 for it, but it seems there is no chance of getting any patch for this in coming few days. Any suggestion/help will be highly appriciated.
