Grid column input value and JDE Mobile Apps

Hi,

I am trying to create custom mobile apps with Inv. Transfer P4113.

I have created to Input value From BP and To BP from the P4113_W4113A. Now I have created Input value for Item Number from P4113_W4113B. Please note this item number is coming from grid column of that form. When I am running this app on emulator, I am able to enter from bp and to bp. While entering Item Number and click anywhere in the apps, it's wiped off the value from the screen. Can anyone help me on this issue? I have pasted my amx page code below. Wanted to know how/what should I do to resolve this issue.
