JDE E1 Performance Monitor installation

Hello,

My Company is using JDE E1 9.1,

We are interested on JDE E1 Performance Monitoring system. We read few docs about it and we would like to give it a try. We found this document from Oracle https://docs.oracle.com/cd/E17984_01/doc.898/e14715/toc.htm. It explains how the Performance Monitor system works, and how to enable it, but it doesn't tell how to install it and where to find the installer. Please help.
