JDE 910 Service does not Start Properly.

HI ,

we are facing issue on JDE 910 Service start. we are upgrade JDE Edwards E811 to E910.

I have install the JDE enterprise  on same machine. it show the both services(JDE910 Network, PSFT) in windows 2008 R2.

when i try to start the services it is give the error. unable to find JDE.ini files.

I have found the following document from oralce(KER: Service does not Start Properly, JDE.INI is Fetched from IFS Root Directory (Doc ID 1675644.1).

This is same error with me. Is there any work around or solution of this error.

we need the both JDE release on same server and same drive.
