SLA: It seems like normal payment and pay-in-full use the same JLTs in seeded Oracle setting

Hi there,

We just upgraded to 12.2.4 and I ran into a SLA setup issue in AP.  I tried to setup SLA for pay-in-full in AP and I found that it seems like normal payment and pay-in-full use the same JLTs in seeded Oracle setting.  It can't be right since those two should hit different accounts (we are a federal customer and the later one has to hit a cash account).  Since they are using the same JLT, I can't modify it to meet one and ignore the other.  Detail information:

Normal payments:

Dr: AP_LIAB_PMT,   Cr: AP_CASH_PMT_AOS_AS
