Error Executing Active Users Report

Hi,

I have just completed a clone of a EBS instance (database and application). Both completed with out errors. When I try to run an Active Users Report - or any other report for that matter I get the error below. The file really does not exist at that location but rather:  /u03/UNITE/apps/apps/tech_st/10.1.2/jdk/jre/lib/sparc. can anyone assist me to resolve this issue.
