ePro Approvals not using latest effective dated Definition ID

We are trying to switch ePro approvals from Line to Header level.  Created a new process and definition ID.  It is the most recent effective dated definition, status is set to active, priority is set to 1, and it is the only definition marked as the Default Process Definition.  When using the Preview Approval Process under Approval Process setup, the correct approvals appear (header level) as desired.  However when creating a requisition in ePro, it is still using line level approvals from a previous definition.  The previous definitions are still set to Active but do not have the default process
